The Founder
Why I built Data Sutradhar
I am Dharmendra Kumar Dube, founder of Data Sutradhar. I bring around 2 years of AI experience, 8 years of advanced data analysis, and 30 years in research, proposal development, project design, execution, thesis and report drafting.
After returning to India because of family circumstances, my professional world changed dramatically. I found myself in a small city with very limited opportunities — positions that offered salaries far below what my experience had once commanded.
I tried another route back abroad through a placement agency, lost a substantial amount of money, and still ended up with nothing. For a period, I felt completely stuck.
“What can I build from the experience and knowledge I already have?”
The answer was research, data, technology and education. I strengthened my capabilities in advanced data analysis and AI, and began building my own coaching and consulting practice.
That journey became the foundation of Data Sutradhar — a place where experienced people learn to handle their own data with calm, practical guidance.
